How Compatibility is Determined

Compatibility is determined by internal testing and customer feedback. If a device is not listed, it may still work, but we have not tested it or received positive feedback about the device.

As devices become older, they may have increased difficulty running EMT 2 with newer versions of the app or operating system, so we reserve the right to remove devices from the compatibility list.
