For Software:
All purchases of Kaleidoscope software are non-refundable. The software is available via download to trial at no charge for 15 days. Extensions may be available, if needed, upon written request. Upon purchase of Kaleidoscope, an activation code is delivered and the purchase is final. All fees are nonrefundable.
For Hardware and Accessories:
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original boxed condition for a full refund within thirty days after you received the product(s) (less shipping charges and a potential 20% restocking fee if not in original boxed condition). Please note, we cannot accept returns of Lithium-ion batteries due to regulatory restrictions on the shipment of hazardous materials. If your battery is damaged or defective on arrival, please let Wildlife Acoustics know within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact our support team for return authorization and instructions.
